Trane Variable Speed Heat Pump

Challenge:

This new 3984sq ft home was built in 2010 and its heat pump system had gone through 3 compressors. The home's December 2013 power bill was $900.

Solution:

Replaced over-sized and poorly designed equipment with a properly sized Trane variable speed heat pump. Zoning was added.

Result:

Even heat and independent control options insure increased comfort. Proper equipment sizes mean no more broken compressors. Heat bills dropped to under $250 a month!
