Old system was noisy, blocked part of walkway to back patio and temperatures were uneven from upstairs to downstairs.

Solution:

Installed variable speed side discharge heat pump with zoning.

Result:

Gained full access to walkway, can’t hear the unit running inside, balanced temperatures in house.
