Got a headsup call the night before. Got a call from the tech on the appointed day saying he was ahead of schedule and already in my town. Was it ok to arrive 20 minutes earlier? Yes. NIce man, I showed him the unit in the garage and the thermostat in the hallway. He was good with my large lab when he came in. Explained the process, noted in the end one anomaly to keep an eye on in the future. He said it was in his notes for future reference by other techs if needed. I showed him briefly my photo album of places I had taken pictures while exploring Arizona. Gave him the idea to do the same when he's exploring Oregon.
