Please read this entire review - We have always had excellent service from the tech’s. They are always respectful, considerate and know what they are talking about. My review is only of the technicians. As for the original sales person that sold us the heating and cooling, I would give him one star for not giving us all the information that we needed and complete and total lack of communication. Also, when I spoke with one of the owners in regards to the lack of information that ended up causing us to delay installation of our cooling and heating system by a month and having to endure some extremely hot weather which we were trying to avoid having to go through because we have a very aged person in the house with health issues, she was less than customer service oriented. If we could have not gone with Hendrix we would have but it was too late and we had no choice. Again, the service technicians are always amazing, the owner not so much and sales people… not so much.

Hendrix Heating has the absolute best employees in all areas. From the Office employees, to the estimator and project manager (Luke, you're awesome) to the installation team, the service was polite, timely and excellent. Thanks you so much.

From the first visit By Luke, we felt confident that we had chosen the right company to meet our furnace and air conditioning needs. Luke was knowledgeable and walked us through the process step by step. ( there was a bit of confusion that caused us a delay. But it ultimately was rectified ). The two installers, JC and Aaron, were professional and worked tirelessly the entire day. They offered a few different options that ended up being changes for the best. The installation looks good and my wife and I are quite happy with the results.

Gabe came on possibly the nastiest day of the year, weather wise. But he introduced himself with a business card and waited to be invited in. Very polite and courteous. I have a crawling baby and the fact that he took the time to put shoe covers on every time he came in the house was huge to me, especially with it being so muddy and wet outside. I was extremely happy with the service provided!

Luke was thorough and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Tanner and Willy. They both worked hard for 2 days. They went above and beyond to keep my home clean. They were quiet and professional and through. Tanner worked in our hot cramped attic. We have had various workers in our house to do work on different projects.
