Furnace, Heat Pump, and AC repair in Brownsville OR

Seth showed up earlier than originally stated and worked tirelessly in the heat to get our a/c running again.

Had to move some conduit lines for a small patio cover project. Hendrix came out real quick, did a fantastic job redirecting the lines and as always making it look fantastic and professional. Seth listened to what we needed and took care of the job like a champ. Fantastic job!!

Brian came out to our house to access our needs as far as heating and cooling. He recommended a unit that I believe is going to excel in what he said it would do. The installers were professional in application. It looks good. All in all very happy. The price was very reasonable compared to others. Didn't try to sell something that was over the top and didn't need.

Seth is a compliment to your company. He is a very friendly and professional person. He explained everything to us in detail. We now have to call a Carrier dealer because of warranty, but will defineatelay call back in the future for any other HVAC need. THANK YOU to Seth.

Had Nick come and service my system today. He came when he said he would, answered all of my questions " twice a couple times ", showed me how to clean my outside heat pump, and explained a lot of things to me. I have been so happy with this system and with Hendrix in general. When Shawn came out and sold me the system a couple years ago he estimated what it would cost me on a monthly bases and it has actually been less each month than he said it would be on average. I do not think I could be happier with this company! David C.

switching from previous Heat CO. to Hendrix, can't believe the difference. outstanding service from very beginning with "what" Hendrix can do for us (thank you Sean) to the actual install was incredible (thanks you Seth and Jeff). had to replace a system only 5 years old from another company that was failing and they wouldn't make it right, Called Hendrix and they made it all more than AWESOME. beautiful install, looks fantastic and actually works as promised. Hendrix made a very painful situation go away and gave me a system that works, looks and feels more than fantastic. Too bad I didn't find them before i purchased from another Willamette heat/cool system company. Thank you all so much!!!!
