Alex was super friendly, knowledgeable, and identified the issue quickly. He even had the replacement part on hand ready to install. He even got here a few minutes early (which I super appreciate because of a busy work schedule). I was pretty impressed with the price too. Expected it to cost WAY more. We will definitely go through Hendricks again for our AC needs.

Nick was awesome, he fixed our heater in no time and then explained what was going on with it. Professional, experienced and very nice.

I say fair priced because I've gotten home repair service where not only did I get a standard service call bill, but also additional charges over for the labor. Not for additional hours, but for something that was solved in 15 min. Being charged for labor for a full hour is standard, but it should be covered by the initial service call. These people didn't make any additional charges; even gave me a filter.

Their service technicians are professional and thorough. I appreciate being able to pay monthly. The lifetime filters are great, I would wish there was they could be delivered for a modest fee.
