Problem NOT fixed
Suggested the electrician return there is a wiring problem between units and thermostat. Sent a tech who found a wire was not connected on outside unit. Still have the same problem. The only heat I get is from the heat coils and not from outside unit. Might as well have bought baseboard heat. Would have been a LOT cheaper.
