Single Zone Ductless Heat Pump

Challenge:

This is a single-level, 1500sq ft, ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms. This home was heated with baseboard heaters in each room.

Solution:

We installed a 24K, 2 zone, Daikin ductless heat pump. One indoor unit is in the den and one is in the main living area.

Result:

The entire home is heated and cooled evenly. Power bills that were over $300 in the winter have not gone above $179.
