Challenge:

Due to the design and use of the new building, conventional units would not work. The rooftop seating design did not allow for unit placement, and the lack of an attic left no room for ductwork.

Solution:

Fujitsu Multi Zone ductless heat pump systems allow for zoned temperature control in the dining, bar, and kitchen spaces. The outdoor units were small enough to fit in the restricted mechanical space on the roof.

Result:

Compact, quiet, even heating/cooling, and extremely energy efficient. The customer was pleased with the aesthetics achieved by using the ductless product.
