Ductless Floor Mount Saves the Day

Challenge:

The top floor of the home was never comfortable. Year round the space was either too hot or too cold. There was no existing ductwork to the upstairs.

Solution:

We installed a floor-mounted, Mitsubishi ductless heat pump unit in the top floor. Because it was ductless, all lines could be run up the outside of the house. When covered with paintable linehide the solution is perfect.

Result:

Comfortable, even heat in the winter, and FINALLY a cool, comfortable space for company during summer months!
