✔ Inspect and clean burners
✔ Inspect heat exchanger or heat elements
✔ Inspect and clean the flame sensor
✔ Inspect blower motor
✔ Lubricate motors (if applicable)
✔ Inspect line voltage at equipment
✔ Inspect gas or electrical equipment
✔ Check thermostat
✔ Change air filter (up to 4” included)
✔ Check refrigerant charge
✔ Clean EAC
✔ Clean Indoor evaporator coil
✔ Wash outdoor condenser coil
✔ Wash outdoor condenser fan blade
✔ Inspect smoke alarms (change batteries as needed)
✔ Visually inspect the water heater
