Replaced aging furnace and a/c and were very pleased with our choice of Hendrix. Luke, Aaron, James, and Josh all did an amazing job. When we had a new heater/air unit put into our home it was an all-day event. Hendrix Heating met me at the door, explained what the plan was moving forward, put down drop cloths to protect my wood floors, removed the old units, replaced our heat/air systems, replaced our control panel, provided us with an external temperature gauge, made sure I understood how to operate the new control panel, took photos of my heat unit in my attic at my request, had a wrap up conversation,, and cleaned up before leaving. It was a positive experience and I appreciate it very much. A great big thank you to Zac, Jared, Will, the electrician (can't recall his name but he was also kind and professional), and Adam. They were careful to close my front screen door to keep our pets in, spoke respectfully to me, worked well together, stayed on task, and seemed like a good team of hard working and focused young men. Thank you again.
