Although it took a long time to get our annual service scheduled, it was very good as usual. We appreciate the email and phone reminders, and the “on our way” heads-up text. Isaac was very polite and courteous, and went about his work in an efficient manner. We were sorry that the insulation in our attic caused him to cough, and highly recommended (I’m a retired RN) that he wear a mask to protect his health. Thanks to all at Hendrix Heating!
