The tech serviced the furnace it was working when he left but then stopped heating soon after (that night). It’s an old furnace. Guess I need a new one!

This is now year five of having Hendrix perform the annual maintenance service on our gas furnace heating and air conditioning systems. Five stars again this year! Mitch Valentin is a true professional at what he does. Courteous, respectful of our home, and answers our questions thoroughly. We also love Hendrix's great texting system that lets you know when to expect your technician and what he (or she) looks like. On second thought, this was a 5.5-star service this year!
