Ductless heat pump shop installation
I contacted Roger to decide on what to use to heat my shop. As usual Roger gave me excellent information. The install was done as scheduled very professionally and has worked as expected. Roger came by with a follow up visit and answered all my operational questions as well as having my Oregon tax credit form completed and ready to sign. Hendrix has installed a gas furnace, fireplace and tankless water heater, as well as new ductwork into an addition to our house. Hendrix always does great work, on time and at a competitive price. They also stand by their work and install good products.

I have been very pleased with Hendrix from the start. Sean, Josh, Steve & Cody have all been outstanding people to deal with. I have been so pleased with Hendrix that I have refered people to you and encouraged people to get bids from you before replacing their heating systems.
But I am not happy about being charged 99dollars for a service visit for a (three year old) thermostat issue that should not have gone bad in that time in the first place. I understand that it is not the service persons falt for the charge (Cody) for he is only doing his job. But I feel that the service charge should be reinbursed to me. I dont believe I should have to of paid 99dollares for something under warrenty that should not have gone bad in the first place.
