Installation seemed to go well. Workers arrived on time, were courteous and completed the job in a reasonable time. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Luke’s post installation visit was informative and professional.

From the initial meeting with Luke to the final walk through, we were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of everyone we came in contact with. All questions were answered thoroughly and it felt like everyone at Hendrix really cared about our experience.

We had our air conditioner replaced recently and could not be happier with the results. Works great and was done in one day. The issues came with the follow up and inspection. I was told originally that the inspection and follow up would happen the same day so I wouldn’t need to take off work. We were asked to change our appointment date 3 times with no reason given and little did I know, the first change was for the city inspector and the next two was for the Hendrix follow up. This was not communicated with me. When I tried to call the office to confirm, no one answered all day (tried calling 6 times 8am - 3pm). I even tried to reach out to the tech that gave us the original quote, but no answer. The city inspector came on the date I was given but the Hendrix tech came out 2 days later without communication. Luckily someone was home to let him in and sign the paperwork. This poor communication really tainted our experience with Hendrix and makes me question that if we could actually get ahold of anyone if we had an issue with our air conditioner

Hendrix was impressive from the beginning! We left a message after the snow storm, thinking they were busy, we probably wouldn't hear from them for a while. We heard from the right away! They asked if it was an emergency, it wasn't, so they scheduled us for THE VERY NEXT WEEK! Sean came out and gave us his recommendation which was VERY reasonable. The gentlemen that put the furnace in arrived in a timely fashion, driving clearly marked vehicles and were very professional. It was impressive to see everyone knowing exactly what needed to be done! A week after the installation Sean returned to look it over and see if we had any questions or concerns. Customer service is a TOP priority with Hendrix! They want the customer to be happy with the work they have done. We can't recommend them highly enough! Thank YOU!

Rafael and Logan were polite, friendly and very professional. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. They placed the heat pump so it fit perfectly. Afterward everything was cleaned up, both inside and out. Rafael went through the remote control with us and had good explanations for us. Good experience.
