Cody arrived on time, followed Covid Safety Protocol, performed service in a timely fashion, and explained what he had done before departing. As with all Hendrix service techs, Cody was very professional and courteous and explained what an error code was ahout that we had recently seen on our thermostat screen.

As usual the service and service technician was great. It would have been great if we could have combined our fall service or the eat pump and furnace with this trip thus hopefully saving us money and you another trip out in 3 months since we are out in the country. But we will see you in August.🙂
