I have consistently been impressed with Hendrix' services. Their service folks and main office personnel are professional and communicate well. They are also respectful of a home's cleanliness and privacy with their courteous work. They listen to availability for scheduling service and always offer options. I highly recommend their products (Trane heat pumps) and servicing.

The service people are on time and efficient. They take care in the house and are great with my dog.

Zach performed our maintenance this year, and we couldn't have been happier. He was thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He called ahead to let us know he was in heavy traffic--how impressive is that? We trust Hendrix Heating fully with our own home, and our rentals. Customers for life.

Your service tech did a thorough cleaning & checked out our, still fairly new, furnace. He left us with good suggestions. Amazing our filters were so dirty since we cleaned them within the suggested time. Maybe we need to check them sooner than suggested. I wonder if our dirt road adds to that problem. Is that possible?
