Alex was very professional and helpful in cleaning the existing furnace in a home that we just bought. He also listened well to my concerns about our air quality which led to finding that our current furnace coils were cracked and leaking CO2 into the house. Talk about a life saver. The scheduling department found a cancellation to squeeze in the inspection and proposal for the new furnace solutions, due to my air quality concerns. This moved the inspection up a month sooner than normal scheduling. Way to go team! This our third house that Hendrix has serviced in the Corvallis area and we are very thankful for all their quality employees and workmanship.
