Five stars for everything!
Great smile, friendly service, thorough checking of the over all condition of my furnace, etc. The serviceman found the reason why my fan went bad and advised me to have it fixed. You just can't get better service than that. They gave me a better fan than I had for the same price of the one being replaced just because they didn't have the less fan on their truck. Thank you so much! It pays to get the very best every time.

Service was excellent and timely.
Service tech was very polite and introduced himself upon arrival. Cleaned up well after completing job and did a great job explaining how to operate the unit before leaving.
Wished the unit would have been mounted a little closer to the ceiling and was suprised by the size and placement of the electrical box on the front of the house. Would have been more obscure located somewhere else. Another idea would be to design a cover to hide the hoses/lines at the end of the unit.

Tanner B showed up on August 1 for the maintenance service and arrived on the scheduled time. He did an excellent and efficient job and explained everything about our unit that he performed the work on. Couldn't have been more happy about the whole process. Would recommend Hendrix Heating for all your new purchase and maintenance on a heat & air conditioning system

I am amazed at the good service Steve provided. He mentioned my warranty, which saved me almost $400.00. He explained what caused the problem with my heat pump. When I sell my home I will suggest to the buyer that Hendrix Heating can provide a service plan. On a scale of one to ten, Steve rates a ten! Thank you for such good service.

Better than any other tech that has come here
Nick is the first tech to analyze the problem with standing water in our condensing tray and actually fix it instead of either telling us to do something, saying the next person will look at it, or totally ignoring it. I would like him to be our tech from now on!!!

I don't think you could find any better installers than Josh S and Jesus V to have your heat pump put in.
