I live out of state and they went the extra mile fielding my calls from afar and handling all the details of permits with the City of Corvallis as well as the historic district. The two employees that came out were fantastic. Professional and friendly. I have used Hendricks for over 30 years. I will continue to use Hendricks. However when I pay the yearly service bill, have purchased two heat pumps and call to state my thermostat needs replacement. I see no justification for a diagnostic evaluation by two experts to tell me I need a new thermostat. I'm happy to pay a fare price for your service but do feel that 175 dollar fee is excessive. Once again I appreciate the company and the service it has provided to me. However, I do wish you to know my feelings on this one small subject. Thank you for allowing me to express my feelings.

Hendrix Heating and Air has provided annual check-ups to both the furnace and air conditioning for us the last 6 years. They are great about reminding us when it's time to clean and inspect, and prompt re their appt times. Ayrelynn, the service tech that worked with us last, had knowledgeable answers for the few questions that I had and left work areas clean before packing up to leave. We're happy customers.

Isaac, and his trainee Jamison, called us early and wanted to know if they could come earlier than scheduled. I was overjoyed When they arrived they went right to work. They identified 2 issues that could be corrected and increase the viability of our HVAC system and contribute to a longer life. They were polite, friendly and such a pleasure to work with on this annual check-up. Highest praises for Isaac, Jamison and the whole Hendrix Heating organization!
