Always a positive experience when Hendrix technicians come to inspect and clean our furnace and air conditioner.

When our heat pump stopped working on the first sub-freezing morning of the year, Hendrix was backlogged and originally said we'd have to wait three days before a technician could come out. However, they told us they'd try to come sooner if possible - and, three hours later, our heat pump was fixed! Very grateful.

We have used Hendrix Heating for our HAV system for decades. We had a new technician this year but like all the others before her, she was respectful, thorough and well explained what she found and would recommend to us for additional action - this year nothing but filter replacement in 6-months with filter provided.
