Brad serviced 3 of our properties today. He diagnosed some issues that he clearly explained, and was quick to note that our systems were in good working order and well maintained. He had an employee shadowing him today, and we were very impressed how professional, patient, and knowledgeable Brad was toward his partner. Yet again, we received impeccable service from Hendrix. Their communication is exceptional--start to finish.

This is our third home to have service and/or new hvac systems through Hendrix. All across the team from scheduling, bookkeeping, sales, installation etc. We have been thoroughly pleased. Excellent, thorough and professional service every time.

Brad was early!! And he called before coming to ok early arrival. His work was thorough, efficient, courteous (booties inside - every time). His knowledge was detailed and he willingly explained answers to every question I had. I will continue to have them do our annual maintenance! Very responsive.

Alex was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part needed on hand and had our heat running again within the hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
