According to my husband who apparently stood around and watched the technician while he was working, the guy did a great job. Did things that others have not. We are very happy because he found a leak and repaired it, and we thought we might have to buy a whole new unit. And the price seemed reasonable to us. also, when we called to make the appointment, whoever we talked to was courteous and helpful.
